When content is used on TV, Sky, streaming platforms, national campaigns, major advertising or extended distribution, the value is no longer linked only to the production itself.

Usage rights become a key part of the project.

CONTENT USAGE LICENSES

Each production includes a usage license defined according to the selected plan.

The license defines where, how, for how long and by whom the delivered content can be used.

Non-Exclusive Social License

Allows the content to be used for:

Does not include:

• paid advertising

• sale to third parties

Non-Exclusive Commercial License

Exclusive License

An exclusive license allows the client to obtain broader rights and limit the use of the same material by other parties.

It can be defined by:

• single project

• single campaign

• single brand

• product or market category

• time period

• territory

• usage platforms

An exclusive license always has a higher cost than a non-exclusive license.

TV / Sky / Broadcast License

Any use on TV, Sky, broadcast, streaming platforms, documentaries, editorial formats or national campaigns must be agreed before production.

This type of use requires a dedicated license.

The cost is defined according to:

• distribution platform

• broadcast duration

• territory

• expected audience

• exclusivity required

• editorial or commercial use

• duration of rights

• number of delivered contents

EXTERNAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED

The following costs are not included in the monthly plans and are quoted separately.

Track Rental

The cost of the circuit is always paid by the client.

As an indication, track rental may range between:

€1,250 – €1,300 / hour

The cost may vary depending on:

• selected circuit

• availability

• day of the week

• rental duration

• track exclusivity

• presence of other vehicles or activities

• specific production requirements

The track can be booked directly by the client or coordinated by the production as an additional service.

ENAC Permits and Drone Authorizations

Any permits or authorizations required for drone operations are not included in the monthly plans.

Indicative cost:

from €110 per application / permit, unless a different applicable fee is required

Each operation is evaluated before confirmation based on:

• flight area

• operational scenario

• presence of people

• presence of infrastructure

• applicable regulations

• required authorizations

• safety conditions

• circuit regulations

• technical feasibility

FPV flights are carried out only where it is possible to operate safely and in compliance with current regulations.

Image Rights and Authorizations

Image rights, releases and usage authorizations are not automatically included in the plans.

They may be required in case of:

• recognizable drivers

• branded cars

• visible sponsors

• public attendance

• official events

• private circuits

• commercial use of the material

• advertising campaigns

• use by sponsors or external partners

• TV or broadcast use

Rights are defined before production according to the final destination of the content.

Travel and Production Costs

The following are not included:
