1 Data controller

The controller is operating under the KingDroneVisual brand, referred to as the “Controller”. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, contact kingdronevisual@gmail.com.

2 Personal data processed

When you use the contact form or email us, we process the information you provide: name or company, email address, circuit or location, event or production date, service type, message content and any attachments or subsequent correspondence.

Only provide information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid unnecessary health information, identity documents or other particularly sensitive information. If you provide information about others, limit it to what is necessary and ensure you are entitled to disclose it.

Systems used to operate and protect the website may process technical information such as IP addresses, request dates and times, requested resources, browser and device information and technical errors. Storage technologies and external content actually used are described in the Cookie Policy linked in the footer.

3 Purposes and legal grounds

Enquiries and quotations. Where an enquiry concerns a potential engagement by the individual, processing is necessary to take steps at that individual’s request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Other correspondence and business contacts. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in managing correspondence and professional contacts, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, taking account of individuals’ rights and reasonable expectations.

Engagements. Information necessary to enter into and perform a contract is processed for those purposes. Additional information is provided if the relationship involves processing not covered here.

Legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is necessary to meet administrative, accounting and other legal requirements, under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Security and legal rights. Strictly necessary information may be processed to prevent abuse, address security issues and establish, exercise or defend legal claims, based on the Controller’s legitimate interests and subject to necessity and proportionality.

Cookies and tools requiring consent are used only after the user’s prior choice. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to separate promotional campaigns.

4 Providing information

Providing information is voluntary. Fields marked with * are required to use the form in its current configuration. Without necessary information, we may be unable to reply or prepare a quotation. You can also contact us by email at kingdronevisual@gmail.com.

5 Processing methods and recipients

Information is processed primarily using electronic systems, with access restricted to authorised persons and security measures appropriate to the processing.

Hostinger and Google/Gmail services are used for the website, forms and correspondence.

Providers processing information on the Controller’s behalf are appointed as processors where required by Article 28 GDPR. Some providers may act as independent controllers for specific activities. Information may be shared with professional advisers where necessary and with authorities or authorised recipients where legally required. Enquiries are not published on the website.

6 International transfers

Some services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area.

For details or a copy of the safeguards where applicable, email kingdronevisual@gmail.com.

7 Retention

Enquiries and quotation requests that do not result in an engagement are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact.

Where a contract is entered into, relevant information is retained to manage the relationship and for the periods required by applicable obligations.

Where disputes or documented needs to protect legal rights arise, only necessary information may be retained for a longer period justified by the circumstances.

The deletion procedure covers copies in the email mailbox, any form submission archive and exports used by the Controller.

8 Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions and limitations, you may obtain confirmation of processing and access to information, request correction, completion, erasure or restriction, and obtain portability where applicable.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, email kingdronevisual@gmail.com. Where necessary, we may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are handled within GDPR deadlines, normally within one month of receipt; any permitted extension is communicated together with the reasons.

You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it, or the competent supervisory authority.

9 Automated decisions

Enquiries are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect individuals.
